Reservation page (node/17) is a webform node based on the Webform module - http://drupal.org/project/webform. By default, this specific webform node that comes with our installation profile does not send any emails as it has not email recipients.

After installation using the installation profile of CHIQUE product, you should add your email recipients by editing this node. Just edit this node and then click Webform » Emails (node/17/webform/emails) as you can see at the following image:
