1. Download, extract, and place Wysiwyg module http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg in the modules folder /sites/all/modules/ like any other Drupal non-core module.
2. Follow the download link for TinyMCE 3.5.8 editor http://github.com/downloads/tinymce/tinymce/tinymce_3.5.8.zip
3. Extract the editor package inside /sites/all/libraries/ folder (create this folder if no exists). Make sure that the resulting structure is like /sites/all/libraries/tinymce/jscripts/
4. Enable the Wysiwyg module through Modules page
5. Configure the Wysiwyg profiles through Home » Administration » Configuration » Content authoring » Wysiwyg profiles
6. Set the TinyMCE 3.5.8 editor for the Full HTML input format

8. Configure the TinyMCE buttons


9. Finally, you should see the TinyMCE editor for the Full HTML input format by editing your node
