In order to remove the date from CHIQUE Slideshow, you should make the following changes:
1. Edit your Slideshow view through Home » Administration » Structure » Views
2. Click the Content: Title field
3. Deselect the "Exclude from display" option, click on "REWRITE RESULTS", enable the "Rewrite the output of this field" option with the following code and finally Apply(all displays) this change
4. Click the Content: Post date field and Remove this
5. Finally Save your view
