So, after having done all the necessary steps to create and verify your Comodo TrustLogo, you should have been left with two code snippets to install them.
Here are the instructions on how to do it:
1. Copy the html.html.twig file under /core/themes/classy/templates/layout/ and paste it in the /themes/custom/{theme_name}/templates folder.
2. Edit the pasted file and add the first of the snippets shown in the screen capture earlier right above </head>.
3. Add the second snippet right above </body>.
4. Clear Drupal's cache
