Photography in most of our themes is licensed from stock repositories and therefore is not redistributable, which is why our themes come with image placeholders, in replacement of the actual photos, which you see in our live demos.
In other words, these photos in our live demos are used as a way to showcase how the theme will look like when populated with your own images—as is standard practice in the theme industry.
In case it helps, we can share with you where these photos have been licensed from, so you can get a license yourself too, if desired.
