Fieldgroup module groups fields together. Fieldgroup comes with default HTML wrappers like vertical tabs, horizontal tabs, accordions, fieldsets or div wrappers. You can find below all the appropriate instructions on how to group the content type fields as horizontal tabs.

1. Download and install the Fieldgroup module - https://drupal.org/project/field_group through Home » Administration » Modules



2. Add your "Horizontal tabs group" field and "Horizontal tab item" fields through Home » Administration » Structure » Content types » YOUR CONTENT TYPE » MANAGE DISPLAY tab » Default tab. Add one "Horizontal tab item" field for each content type field you want to present as horizontal tab.



3. Move your fields under the corresponding "Horizontal tab item" fields using their drag-and-drop handles.

4. Finally, you will be able to see the horizontal tabs to your page.
