1. Organize your Taxonomy terms under the Vocabulary "Products categories" though Home » Administration » Structure » Taxonomy » Products categories. "Products categories" Vocabulary should contains terms grouped under parent terms. You have always the option to organize/re-organize the terms using their drag-and-drop handles.
Please keep in mind that you should enter the overall taxonomy structure and finally assign to your Products only terms from the lower taxonomy levels. For example, you should assign only the terms Term 1-1 and Term 1-2 to your products. Term 1 will only collect the products with the terms Term 1-1 and Term 1-2 based on their relationship.
2. Assign to your Products the terms from the lower taxonomy levels. For example and based on the above configuration,
Term 1
- Term 1-1
- Term 1-2you should assign only the terms Term 1-1 and Term 1-2 to your products.
3. Configure your Contextual Filters. At this time, default Best Brand Taxonomy Pages view (admin/structure/views/view/promoted_posts/edit/page_1) comes with the contextual filter "Content: Has taxonomy term ID". That means that the Taxonomy View page Term 1 has no results but we need this page to collect the products with the terms Term 1-1 and Term 1-2 based on their relationship.
In order to achieve this, you should remove the contextual filter "Content: Has taxonomy term ID" and add the contextual filter "Content: Has taxonomy term ID (with depth)" with the following configuration.
4. Apply (this display) all your changes and Save your View.
Finally, your Taxonomy View page Term 1 collects the products with the terms Term 1-1 and Term 1-2
