In order to edit the date from CHIQUE Slideshow, you should make the following changes:
1. Edit your Slideshow view through Home » Administration » Structure » Views
2. Click the Content: Post date field
3. Just edit the Date format and Apply(all displays) this change
Note that you are able to select the "Custom" date format. In this case, see the PHP docs for date formats.
4. Click the Content: Post date field and Remove this
5. Finally Save your view
